Processing & Delivery Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Delivery times vary by location and product size:

• Local deliveries typically take 5–10 business days.

• National deliveries may take 10–20 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. 

 

Delivery Appointments

For large or bulky furniture, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the items.

 

Delivery Conditions

• Ensure doorways, hallways, and staircases can accommodate your furniture.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a redelivery fee may apply.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
