Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Bowles Interiors Ltd. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
We offer bespoke interior design services, which may include consultations, concept development, space planning, sourcing and procurement of furniture and decor, and project coordination. The scope of services will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement.
Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on either a fixed fee, hourly rate, or a percentage of the project cost, as agreed in advance.

A deposit will be required upon acceptance of our proposal, with the balance payable in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

All invoices must be settled within 10 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at 4% per month.

Cancellations and Changes

Should you wish to cancel or significantly alter the project after work has commenced, you will be liable for fees covering all work completed up to the date of cancellation, as well as any non-recoverable costs incurred on your behalf.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

Purchases and Procurement

Where we purchase items on your behalf, full payment for these items is required prior to ordering.

Delivery times provided are estimates only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by suppliers or shipping companies.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, drawings, and specifications prepared by us remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these solely for your project and may not reproduce or share them without our prior written consent.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide access to the property as needed and ensure the site is safe and ready for us and any contractors to carry out work.

You are responsible for securing all necessary permissions, approvals, or permits unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

We shall exercise reasonable skill and care in the provision of our services. However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays by suppliers or contractors.

Our liability for any claim in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to us under the agreement.
Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 14 working days written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination, and any outstanding supplier costs, shall remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
